I started my nutrition coaching with one goal in mind: to help people learn the basics of nutrition that work for them. As a professional triathlete and an endurance coach, I have been interested in health and nutrition in order to optimize my performance. I am a certified Nutrition Coach and I want everyone to feel confident in their food choices, optimize their performance, and feel secure in their own body.
